Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if we shipped the wrong product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.
